21 CBI does not custody the $1,000,000. After approval, the contribution is sent direct from your own wallet to the government-controlled address, in BTC or USDT. No intermediary custodian, no fiat.

Your wallet to the government address

The USD is locked at transfer, with a re-quote if Bitcoin moves before confirmation. Lightning is not supported for the contribution because of transaction size; mainchain BTC or USDT only.

The Advisory Fee

Invoiced separately, due at approval

The 21 CBI advisory fee invoices separately via BitSettle/BTCPay (BTC, Lightning, USDT) or fiat, with the bulk due at approval, so you are not out $50,000 on a denial.

The next quiet step
