The Chronology

Four moves. None of them in person.

The whole file is handled remotely, end to end, in roughly six to eight weeks. There is no residency clock to start, no relocation to arrange, and no waiting period before the grant. Below is every move, with the honest duration on each one.

    Engage 21 CBI.

Profile assessment, preliminary compliance review, and full application preparation. Flags surface here, at our desk, not at the Bitcoin Office’s. You get a family-composition review, a cost estimate with a live Bitcoin quote, and the documents checklist up front. The 21 CBI advisory is structured so the bulk is payable at approval.

    Due diligence.

Screening runs through The Bitcoin Office and DGME: international criminal-database checks, sanctions screening, source-of-funds verification, and AML/CTF review. No in-country visit is required at any point during this stage.

    Approval and contribution.

The Bitcoin Office issues approval. You transfer the $1,000,000 in BTC or USDT to the designated government wallet; on-chain settlement confirms in minutes. The Oath of Allegiance documentation is prepared alongside the transfer.

We doConfirm approval, supply the wallet address, and prepare the Oath documentation.
  4. 04

    Citizenship granted.

The citizenship certificate, the 6-year biometric passport, and the national ID are issued. Biometrics are collected post-issuance at a Salvadoran consulate: El Salvador, Los Angeles, or Seville, with Gulf locations planned. One in-country visit every 5 years thereafter maintains the genuine link.

We doDeliver the documents, schedule consular biometrics, and brief you on the 5-year link.
Start to Finish

Roughly six to eight weeks, total.

Four moves, added end to end. The processing clock is short because the contribution settles on-chain in minutes, not through a bond maturity or a real-estate close.

None of the premium-tier programs process faster.

“The timeline is short because the contribution settles on-chain, not through a bond maturity or a property close. There is no residency clock and no relocation, so the whole file moves remotely in six to eight weeks.” Adam Juchniewicz, CEO of 21 CBI.
